I've had to use the below picture, which definitely was taken the same day, if not in the same spot at close to the same time, to figure out what the hell is going on in that poor horse's mouth.  That's some serious hardware - two bits and a curb chain.  It's all a blur in my reference.  And why don't I post my references?  Too insecure about my skills.
