General Alexander De Helios, then and now

This one is for my mother, who hasn't seen my youngest cat, Alex, in years (5 cats and a terribly allergic mother don't mix).

Click for bigger pics.

Ah, the wee little babe 5 years ago, found in the parking lot of GE's solar panel factory (thus his name):

He is now an enormous wad of a cat who weighs 20 lbs.  The vet is fine with his weight, however, as our other cat Bonnie should always have food available to her.  His weight is the lesser of the evils.  So, I can enjoy my tubbins of a cat

As I type this, he is draped over my lap using the inside of my elbow as a chin rest.  Awwwww.....

Parking lot kittens are the best! Also he is a hambeast of a cat. Can you feel your legs after he's been laying on them? ;)

His favorite thing as a kitten was to perch on my shoulder. Now that means that he sprawls from my lap to my shoulder and practically suffocates me. Numbness is the least of my problems.

He can't backwards flip anymore either. Poor big puddy-tat. :(
