The whites are looking muted in the scan, and I did go back over much of them. The second coat of sealant seems to have dulled them as well, but not to such an extreme. Ah well, whatcha gonna do.
Gene is healing nicely, by the way. Some good scabs are forming, just have to keep an eye on swelling.

I'm terrible as usual about commenting. ;) I'm so pleased that you both like the Specialized so far! I've been so, so happy with mine, but I know all to well what a personalized situation it is for horse and rider.
And poor Gene! What was he thinking? Very glad he's healing well.
